Every time you mention the prospect of improving your lot in terms of finances, fitness and relationships you’re met with uneasiness, nihilism or even worse; vitriol.

It’s especially painful when you’ve shared amazing memories with these people, only for them to be muzzled with jealousy, insecurity and resentment.

The heartbreaking realization that the friends you thought would be with you forever are the ones who give you the most resistance.

You’re conflicted. You’re hurt that your friends would greet the prospect of you making your life better with anything other than positivity and support.

Now, you have a decision to make.

Not between me and your friends (although you should move on from these people).

You’re deciding the type of influences you want in your life.

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Cliche as it is, it’s true.

In light of this, I’ve built a community for men to learn from each other and become the best version of themselves.
